After having a horrible experience at Campers Inn, my husband and I decided to give Camping World a try. Our spirits were already diminished after having consistent issues with the previous dealership, so to begin we were already a little apprehensive. Upon our visit we were greeted by Barbara Gaultier, who was extremely knowledgeable and understanding of exactly what we wanted with the price budget we had. After her dealing with our millions of questions and concerns (that she dealt with the up most patience) we met with the manager Jerry Cadorette, who was just as phenomenal. To say the process was seamless is an understatement. Camping World's staff truly gives definition to the term "class act". I would highly recommend giving them a visit if you are in the market for a camper. Be sure to ask for Barbara or Jerry!
I have experienced horrible service from this company AL the financial manager is a joke he treated us like he didnt want to be bothered. we wanted the 2017 coleman trailer so we remained humble and purchased it....after our first trip in august we found several problems and made an appointment we are still waiting for our camper and can not get a return phone call from service department only voicemail.
Service and sales have all left this location. This company obviously can't keep good help. The only good guy left was Jimmy a service writer.
Huge selection, helpful staff, locations all around the country and right next door.
we wanted to travel again but no one is answering our calls so frustated. what happened to caring about the customers? This is a new camper why am i hear? My appointment was 10/5/17 still waiting 10/22/17 no return calls still can't travel
Very impressed with the selection and customer service that Camping World of Berkley exhibits. If you want professionalism and selection then this is the place to go. We shopped elsewhere and thankfully we ended up going to camping world where we got not only the lowest price, but the best over all Service as well. They are the biggest in the business and for obvious reasons. We dealt with internet manager Diane and then we welcomed and assisted by Barbara who was fabulous, only to conclude with the GM Jerry who was amazing. If you are considering any type of RV, then go see this facility. It is worth the trip, thank you camping World of Berkley. You are the best!
