Not sure why anyone would say ANYTHING bad about this place! Must be competitors! This place is amazing! I drive over a hour to go here! Best koi place I have ever been to! The owners are beyond helpful. They take my calls on any random question I have with my koi pond. The fish are super healthy! I get all of my plants and supplies here and even the furry pets food! If I need anything for the koi if they do not have it, Nan gets it ❤️ best customer service I have seen in a LONG time! My family members also from RI go here and only here. I could go on and on!! Not just there incredible selection. But I can not say enough on the customer service!!!! ❤️

Drove out there last Sunday. Great find. Purchased 3 beautiful koi and some healthy food. Anyone writing a bad review has serious issues and doesnt understand anything about family owned businesses, I have one. I found the place extremely clean and a wide variety of Japanese Koi compared to everyone else's Florida Koi. If you had to wait it's because they spend time with each customer. I suggest you go back and visit or visit to see for yourself and take off your lousy review, especially the guy who said it wasnt clean. Sounds fishy to me, lol that he would post that . Probably has his own poor business and needs to put down someone else's, pathetic! Great job all around and any pond enthusiast needs to go here!!!!
I wouldn't do business with anyone else. They have great service and an amazing selection of koi and fish products. She even met with me outside of her normal business hours to help me with a koi pond infection issue. Highly recommended!
After the closing of the Paradise Pond Store in Whitman, Ma., I found this "amazing" place called Funky Koi! I can't tell you how happy I am to have found this neat, clean and well stocked little family owned business! Nancy, her husband and Joan are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to explain every little detail. Yes, they even opened their shop a little early to accommodate my schedule! After a couple visits we purchased a new Laguna - Clearflo pump/filter set up for our small fish pond and WOW it's amazing! I was given a hands on demonstration of how it all works prior to being sent home with it, which was greatly appreciated lol I've rambled on long enough, but I feel it's important to give these owners the review they deserve! Thank you all and I look forward to many years of doing business with you!
